Katrin Cartlidge

Actress. Cartlidge's appearance in the Royal Court's Boy Gets Girl (2001) shortly before her sudden death was the final point in a long association with the theatre. Having gained some stage experience with the Royal Court Youth Theatre, she then worked there as a dresser, and later appeared in James MacDonald's The Terrible Voice of Satan (1993). Her film career includes parts in Mike Leigh's Naked (1993) and Lars von Trier's Breaking the Waves (1996).
